Who we are
Children of Heroes is a charity fund that provides comprehensive, long-term support to children who have lost one or both parents as a result of Russia’s war against Ukraine. We operate in Ukraine, the USA, and the Netherlands.
Our mission
Children of Heroes provides comprehensive, long-term support until age 19 for children who have lost one or both parents to Russia’s war against Ukraine — combining psychological stabilization, case management, humanitarian and
medical assistance, and educational pathways to ensure each child’s development continues even in the most difficult circumstances.
What we do
We support every child until the age of 19 and continue providing assistance as they enter adulthood. We help them through psychological support and socialization, education and development, humanitarian aid, medical care, and the Family Case Management Program – continuous support for every family, from the first call to adulthood. At Children of Heroes Foundation we ensure that our beneficiaries are protected from any harm and abuse. To this end, we have developed and continue to implement a Child Protection Policy based on UN and EU standards and international best practices.
